A: A pay day loan is a service which provides customers with a cash advance till there next payday.

Q: What can I use my cash advance for?
A: a cash advance can be used for a number of things.  The most common are: a bill payment, an unexpected expense, a weekend getaway, or avoiding an NSF charge.

Q: What are the requirements to obtain a payday loan?
A: We, essentially, look for our customers to meet our criteria: you will need a valid checking account for at least 3 months, you must have a full time job for at least 6 months, you must live at the same address for at least 6 months, and you must get paid via direct deposit. You must also not be in bankruptcy status or have any garnishes against your pay.

Q: How much will your advance cost?
A: Our fees are $30.00 per $100.00 borrowed for a two weeks period.

Q:How do I Apply?
A: You may apply for a payday loan via our simple online application. Click here to apply.

Q: How fast would I receive the funds?
A: If we transfer your loan before the 11:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time you may receive the funds in your account the same day.  However if the transfer is done anytime after 11:00 A.M. it will take a full 24hrs. to receive your funds.

Q: What would I be required to fax in?
A: Nothing with today’s technology we are able to verify all the information through national data bases.  If there is something that we cannot confirm we might need you to fax in or e-mail some documentation such as: personal voided check, the last 60 days of your bank statement, a photo I.D., a utility bill, and your last pay stub.

Q: When will I hear from you?
A: Once the online application has been submitted an agent will be contacting you, by phone or e-mail, within one hour to address your application and facilitate the application process.  Business hours are Monday to Friday between 8:00 A.M. and 20:00 P.M. EST.  For applications submitted after hours we will contact you first thing the next business day.

Q: How do I receive funds and how do I repay the loan?
Today’s technology allows us to be a virtual lending institution who can cater to all of North America.  Through EFT and ACH we will directly deposit funds into your bank account.  With your signed contract you will authorize us to withdraw from your account on your payday the amount of the loan and the fees. 

Q: How can I trust the amount you withdraw is the amount I agreed to?
A: As online lenders we are subjected to strict laws and liable regulation practices.  We can only debit for the amount authorized by customers. 

Q: How much can I borrow?
A: You can borrow up to 50% of your weekly salary or 25% of your bi-weekly salary.

Q: How do I know when the loan is due?
A: All loans are due on your next approaching payday.  The maximum length we allow is a 15 day cash advance.

Q: Can I renew my loan?
A: We do not recommend renewals.  But yes you can renew your loan up to a maximum of 3 pay periods before our company insists on the return of the principle.  We are after all here to help you.

Q: Can I pay the loan back early?
A: Yes you can pay the loan off any time.  All you have to do is either: call us and let an agent know when you want to pay off. You may also access our website with your username and password and change the due date of your loan all on your own. Our system will update automatically.  All fees will be retroactively changed to the proper amount owing for the due date chosen.

Q: What can I do if am not happy with your service?
A: We do everything in our power to provide the best service to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes it may not meet someone expectations. If you're not fully satisfied with your experience, please let us know, so that we would be able to improve our service.
